Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification

Job Roles and Responsibilities
1. Branch Postmaster (BPM)
- Manage postal operations and India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) services.
- Promote and market postal products and services.
- Ensure smooth and timely functioning of branch offices.
- Must arrange accommodation for the branch post office.
2. Assistant Branch Postmaster (ABPM)
- Handle mail delivery, sell stamps, and assist BPM in daily operations.
- Conduct transactions for IPPB and promote postal services.
- May need to take over BPM duties when required.
- Must reside within the service area of the designated post office.
3. Dak Sevak
- Assist in mail delivery, sorting, and office operations.
- Support postmasters in departmental activities.
- Engage in marketing and business procurement.
- Must reside within the service area of the designated post office.
